Invitation of Vietnamese Youth Leaders

The KF will invite 40 Vietnamese youths to Korea on May 6–19 under a bilateral program begun in 2013. The visitors are young leaders from rural areas selected for special support by the Vietnamese Ministry of Home Affairs. The invitation program began as a follow-up to the Korea-Vietnam summit meeting five years ago, and the number of Vietnamese visitors through the program since then totals 163, including the incoming guests.
  While in Korea, the young leaders will learn about the Korean experience of agricultural and economic development by calling on related institutions. They will also meet next generation Korean experts in the field of agriculture and gather information about the latest developments in agricultural technology.
