The KF will be supporting artist Choi Jeong Hwa’s participation in the 2017 Honolulu Biennial. Choi will exhibit a new work made of recyclable material collected on Hawaiian beaches as well as previous works such as “Fruit Tree,” “Lotus,” and “Love Me.” Various other events, including children’s workshops and dialogues with the artist, will be held in conjunction with the exhibition. The KF expects the Honolulu Biennial to serve as an opportunity to showcase Korean art on the global stage.
